With respect to contracts with composers, i.e. contracts to create music and grant the respective license, it must be first determined whether the music is to be used as part of the theatre play, i.e. the extent of the rights involved. If the composer is represented by a copyright collective society (The Czech Copyright Protection Association for Music Rights - OSA), such representation must be reflected in the contract, which must be modified accordingly.
